He is a Mechanical Engineer, a Registered Indian Patent Agent, visiting faculty at Savitribai Phule Pune University & RGNIIPM with more than 17 years of experience in the patent industry.Additionally, he is an inventor and has a granted Patent in his name. Patent No: IN355396.He began his career in patents in 2005 and subsequently established Brainiac IP Solutions in 2010. He aims to safeguard companies’ inventions and assist them in increasing profits through reduced turnaround times on R&D and enhanced protection of their inventions. This prevents others from copying their work by minor modifications.

She is a Microbiologist and a registered Indian Trademark Agent. She has been working in the IPR industry for more than 8 years. She handles management and administration. She takes care of all patent filings and related activities. She also takes care of trademark filings, trademark oppositions and coordinates for the litigation matters. She handles all the activities related to design filing. Additionally, she handles all the communications related to Patent, Trademark and Design filings and related activities outside India.

She is an engineering graduate in electronics and telecommunication. She completed her Masters in Intellectual Property Law from IGNOU. She is working as a team lead-patent in Brainiac. She has been handling patent drafting, patent searching, FER responses, US office action, and PCT filing for over 6 years in various domains. Other than her work, her added interests include playing cricket and badminton, and listening to music.

She is a Registered Patent Agent of India. She has been working in the patent industry for more than 6 years. She works with clients in a variety of industries across India and the USA for prosecution, drafting, searching, responding to office actions, and attending hearings with the patent office. Industry of operation includes electronics, power generation, software technology, mechanical, medical devices, automotive, dental, and many more. Prior to becoming a Patent Agent, Amrita graduated in electronics and communication.

He is a mechanical engineering graduate from Pune University and a junior patent associate at Brainiac. He is responsible for patent searches, patent analytics, patent drafting, and FER Responses. He works on projects related to mechanical systems, electrical systems, electronics, and automobile domains. He was associated with Brainiac as an Intern (Patents) during his last semester. Now he is working as a junior patent associate at Brainiac after completing his graduation in mechanical engineering.
