1. Patent Professional/Associate

Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Professional/Associate at Brainiac IP Solutions in Pune. The Patent Professional/Associate will be responsible for patent drafting, Patent Analytics, such as patentability search. The role will involve working closely with clients and internal teams to protect and enforce patents. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

 

  1. Qualifications :
    Proficiency in patent Drafting, patent Searching, and other patentability analysis,
    Knowledge of patent law and intellectual property rights India and US,
    Demonstrated experience in managing intellectual property,
    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work effectively in a team and with clients

Experience
2 to 3 years on patent drafting (especially mechanical, automotive and electrical), patent searching, and other analytical work

2. Business Development Executive

Requirement:

Lead Generation through – Research and identify potential clients, industries, and markets for expansion using LinkedIn and other portals.

Client Relationship Management: Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to understand their business needs and offer suitable solutions.

Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets,  Negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts, Generating and Sending Quotations, Proforma and invoices

Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities

Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales, Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and revenue performance.
