Pooja Narhari Yewale holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb
Ambedkar Technological University. She is currently employed as a Junior Patent
Associate at Brainiac IP Solutions, where she plays a key role in supporting
the patent lifecycle through her technical and analytical expertise.
Her core responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patent searches,
performing in-depth patent analytics, drafting patent specifications, and preparing
responses to First Examination Reports (FERs) as well as hearing responses.
Pooja demonstrates a high level of proficiency in analysing inventions for
patentability, aligning technical innovations with applicable patent laws and
procedural requirements.
She actively contributes to projects across a range of technical domains,
including electronics, communication systems, embedded systems, information
technology, and other interdisciplinary fields. With over a year of experience
in the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) domain, Pooja has cultivated a strong
foundation in patent law, patentability assessment, and technical documentation,
positioning her as a valuable asset in the protection and management of
intellectual property.
